We're legal tech startup specializing in immigration law. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Technical Operation Specialist to support our business processes. What you'll doing: ⭐ Provide technical support for automated contract generation and delivery workflows (via CRM and document automation tools such as PandaDoc), ensuring accuracy of parameters, templates, and contract terms before sending to clients. ⭐ Manage billing operations, including invoice generation, payment status monitoring, and transaction tracking through payment platforms (e.g., Stripe). ⭐ Process incoming invoices from vendors and coordinate payment workflows within the company’s financial operations systems. ⭐ Maintain and administer the CRM infrastructure: update client records, track case and deal statuses, and ensure data consistency across systems. ⭐ Support backend operational processes related to the client lifecycle, including contract management, billing, and CRM workflows. ⭐ Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations and workflow automations between business tools (CRM, document management systems, payment platforms). ⭐ Identify and resolve operational or system issues affecting contract workflows, billing processes, or client data management. ⭐ Provide technical and operational support to the Legal and Operations teams to ensure smooth and scalable client onboarding and service delivery. What we expect from you: ⭐ English proficiency: B2/C1; ⭐ Willingness to work according to the New York (EST) time zone, 9:00AM-6:00PM/16:00-1:00 GMT+3; Nice to have: ⭐ Experience working with CRM systems (especially HubSpot); ⭐ Knowledge of PandaDoc and Stripe; ⭐ Experience with automation tools (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, n8n). ➡ Контакты: @EkaterinaSel
