Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious recent graduate to join our team as a Sales & Operations Executive. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who wants to understand the freight industry from the ground up. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients (Sales) while simultaneously ensuring their shipments are executed flawlessly (Operations). Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development: - Identify and prospect potential clients (importers, exporters, and manufacturers) in the Tashkent region and throughout Uzbekistan. - Conduct market research to understand the needs of local businesses regarding air, road, and rail freight. - Make cold calls, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations on the company’s services. - Prepare competitive quotes for clients based on current freight rates. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 2. Operations & Coordination: - Assist in planning and monitoring shipment schedules (Air, Road, Rail). - Coordinate with carriers, trucking companies, and rail operators to ensure timely pickup and delivery. - Prepare and verify shipping documents (CMRs, Air Waybills, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin). - Contact with customs brokers in Uzbekistan to ensure smooth clearance of goods. - Track shipments end-to-end and provide regular updates to clients. - Solve any operational issues that arise during transit (delays, documentation errors, etc.). Requirements & Qualifications Education: -Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate) in International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. -Language Proficiency (Essential for Tashkent market): Uzbek: Native or fluent (Required for client communication). Russian: Fluent (Required for communication with carriers, drivers, and regional documentation). English: advanced (Required for international communication, air waybills, and dealing with foreign partners). Skills & Competencies: - Strong desire to work in a client-facing role (Sales-oriented mindset). - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred: -Basic understanding of Incoterms.
