🚤 We are preparing for the launch of the Line 17! The turning loops behind Delovoy Tsentr station, which had been closed for the construction of the new line, have been put back into service. This is an important stage in the preparations for the launch of its first section. The turning loops fully comply with metro standards: 🔹They are inspected by diagnostic trains and regularly maintained by track inspectors. 🔹 Signalling, centralisation, interlocking and communication systems have been installed in them. Without sidings, it is impossible to maintain short headways. How they work: 1️⃣ The train pulls into the siding 2️⃣ The driver changes cabs 3️⃣ The train returns to the station on a different track
