‼️Trump allows Iran to seize Kharg Island ▫️The US president did not rule out the possibility of US forces attempting to seize Kharg Island in Iran. He said in an interview with the Financial Times: “We might take Kharg Island. We might not. We have a lot of options... I don’t think they have any defenses. We could take it very easily.” He also stated that he would like to take control of Iran’s oil. ▫️According to him, the Iranian leadership is ready to meet many of the US demands: “They agree to our plan. I mean, we have asked them 15 things and Tehran has largely agreed to meet those demands. We will ask them a few more.” The US leader stressed that an agreement could be reached very soon. The US president also expressed confidence that a change of power has occurred in Iran: “I consider it regime change. "And frankly, they're acting very reasonably."
