Instead of reallocating behind the scenes or reopening at a higher price, the team reset the structure: • Price: $0.069 • FDV: $69M (down from $99M) • Same terms for everyone • No allocation = full refund From a risk–reward standpoint, this matters. The valuation compression improves upside, while refunds cap downside. Strategically, it also sends a signal: • No insider pricing • Broader community ownership • Cleaner distribution from day one The sale remains oversubscribed, allocations are finalized after close, and excess funds are returned. While still on this recent updates I learnt from @Solstice_TG CEO on things to watch out for before getting exposure to stable yield and it goes thus: Source of Yield (Most Important) Ask where the yield actually comes from: • Protocol revenue (fees, spreads, usage) • Borrower interest from real demand • Validator / infrastructure rewards Be cautious if yield is mainly from: • Token emissions • Circular incentives • Short-term subsidies If revenue stops, does yield survive?
